   The main sources of financing the construction of new production facilities and modernization of existing enterprises are used and will be used off-budget funds.
   With the growth of demand for construction services organizations are able to increase their capacity and provide housing in increasing quantities. They will have to take care of their own development framework for advanced training, etc.
