Institute "Kurortproekt" designed spa facilities throughout the former Soviet Union, mainly in areas with complex geological conditions, high seismic and very often distant from the developed database construction industry.
   For projects "Kurortproekt" in the 80s built a number of spa facilities in the "cellular" structure:
   Sanatorium "Mikrobioproma" in Yalta. 80% holds bearing structures. In 1987, construction stopped.
   Sanatorium for 500 seats in Yalta is a "honeycomb" structure consisting of overlapping discs and orthogonal system of walls. Thanks to the work of all the spatial structures, building overhangs in the corners of almost 20 meters and has an atrium in the center of 40x40 meters, over which there are medical facilities and swimming pool.
   Housing sanatorium "Ukraine" in Yalta. 80% holds bearing structures. In 1992, construction stopped.

   For buildings in the "cellular" constructive system opens up completely new possibilities.
   So virtually no increase in the consumption of materials:
   You can build public buildings over highways, railways, on slopes, ie develop land that is inappropriate for traditional construction. Such construction will develop the vast territories of cities engaged highways, reduce environmental damage from transportation, tie areas of the city, highways fragmented, and solve the problem of construction of garages, shops, offices, sports halls and other public buildings in areas of the city with the most dense residential development;
   You can build a residential neighborhood of houses torn from the ground and stair-lift blocks, placing the entire territory of the district under the park, children`s playgrounds.
