 Gipsobazaltovye  building  products  and  technology.  Part  1

Gipsobazaltovyh technology products based on two basic technologies: production of products for gypsum cement-pozzolanic binders (GTSPV) and plaster (for interior with normal humidity) on the one hand, and the production of discrete and continuous basalt fiber, on the other hand. Technical basis for the association became their property, providing technological and operational compatibility - good grip and GTSL solution of gypsum binder with basalt fibers, mutually beneficial chemical properties and corrosion resistance of them in relation to each other. Both materials are fire, water, bio-, frost-and weather within the standards corresponding to the class of building products for the manufacture of which is supposed to use them.
   The main feature of the technology of manufacturing gypsum products is that cellular, lightweight material GTSPV produced without the use of known methods - pre-cooking foam, gas-input addition, Vapor or autoclaving. Thus the strength characteristics of the resulting material is higher than that of analogues due to peculiarities of the method of preparation of the moldable mixture. Mixing system can simultaneously produce and put the mixture in the form of a variety of weights and strength depending on the set parameters of the mixer. In the production line forms are interchangeable tooling, which include production as needed to produce a certain amount of a specific product.
   Equipment and production line formoosnastka placed ground and compact, occupying a relatively small area, which, in combination with a small amount of technological limits and uncomplicated technologically workflow technology gives completeness and conciseness.
   The main production technologies are bazaltovoloknitov production technology basalt super discrete fibers (TBF): primary method of blowing fiber high speed flow of hot gases and spinneret continuous basalt fiber technology.
   Crushed basalt rock is fed into an oven where melting and homogenized at 1500 C, then fed through an outlet connected with the spinneret plate through which the primary fibers are pulled. Primary fibers enter the blowing chamber, wherein forming superfine fibers with a length of 30-60 mm and a diameter of 1.6 microns, and then with a stream of hot gases enter the deposition chamber to the guide cone and are collected on a moving conveyor. On the grid conveyor formed thin "carpet" BSTF which is wound on a drum.
   Continuous fiber obtained otherwise. Crushed rock is supplied to the furnace in batches where melts at about 1500 C. Further through feeders to melt enters spunbond vessels with orifices complex forms through which extend continuous filaments with a diameter of about 9 microns.
