Prevailing economic conditions in the country determine a new approach to the choice of efficient building materials for housing.
   Introduction to the country of more stringent energy-efficient building codes makes many traditional materials for walling technically and economically unacceptable.
   The most promising in this situation cellular concrete, the effectiveness of which Walling convincingly proved. It is non-flammable, environmentally safe, has the necessary strength and insulating properties. Microclimate in the house of aerated concrete close to the microclimate of the wooden house. Market analysis shows that the optimal direction of expansion and development of cellular concrete production - creation of an extensive network of small factories and workshops for the production of piece goods (building blocks, insulating panels) of non-autoclave aerated concrete and poured concrete construction of such concrete using simple small mobile units to fill walls, warm - and zvukoteploizolyatsionnyh layers of roofs, floors, ceilings, etc. for the implementation of this direction is necessary to create a simple, effective technology, whose dependence on the environmental parameters, the quality of raw materials, skilled workers will be minimal.
   These conditions are fully responsible for technology of foam concrete dry mineralization developed at the Moscow State Construction University [1,2]. The basis of this technology is put way "dry mineralization foam", which includes two main technological operations: preparing foam given multiplicity of aqueous foam mineralization and its dry powder binder or binder with filler in their simultaneous stirring.
   This technology is distinguished by:
   easy and reliable equipment for penomass;
   ability to control the medium density foam from 300 to 900 kg/m3;
   sharp decline vodotverdogo relationship and flow of foaming agent that accelerates the strength development and improves the physical and mechanical properties and performance of foam;
   the ability to work on various types of hydraulic and air binders: Portland cement, VNV, TMB, gypsum and Phosphogypsum binders;
   the possibility of foam concrete without heat treatment;
   Use unmilled siliceous components;
   Use as foaming domestic synthetic surfactants (surfactant) having a low manufacturing cost and are widely established in Russia.
   Technology is implemented in a series of installations for foam concrete factory and built conditions. Currently developed:
   site preparation foam mini-workshops for the production of building blocks average density of 900 kg/m3;
   Mobile device for mechanized complex monolithic heat and zvukoteploizolyatsii roofs and intermediate floors ties with an average of 400-800 kg/m3 density foam;
   universal mobile mechanized complex for monolithic construction with an average density of the prepared foam 400-900 kg/m3;
   space-saving installation-trailer to the mini-tractor, working PTO, for cottage and rural construction, etc.
   developed technology and equipment have been broad industrial approbation reaffirming their high efficiency.
   Currently MGSU conducted research on the development of new formulations of foam concrete mix, the search for new types of foaming agents, and work to improve the equipment.
