1. Composition
   Creating materials and products for a new generation of buildings and structural design technology include the following main areas:
   Development of a new generation of highly efficient and competitive building materials and products, including polymeric materials and composites for construction;
   use of recycled and non-traditional feedstocks for the production of building materials;
   re-profiling of panel construction;
   reduction of energy, material consumption of building materials, products and structures;
   Development of flexible automated manufacturing technology building designs and products, allows us to produce a wide range of products in accordance with customer requirements;
   Creation of combined building systems of effective materials;
   ensuring environmental safety of building materials and their production technologies.
  
   2. Purpose, basic functional parameters
   The proposed technologies allow for the transition of building and construction industry, in particular, to a new, higher level of resource and energy saving. These technologies will provide the basic competitiveness of domestic materials and construction equipment in the domestic and foreign market. Without the introduction of advanced technology can not be ensured sustainable development of the construction industry and construction in general.
   The technologies are possible to solve construction problems by dramatically reducing the cost of 1 m2 of living space, or 1 m3 building. Reduction of environmental pressure on many industrial areas due to extensive use of industrial wastes, a sharp decline in metal production by 1.5-3 times, increase productivity by 1.5-2 times due to the use of cost of materials, process automation, the widespread use of cheap local materials .
  
   3. Sphere of application
   The technologies aimed at using high-performance materials in the construction of houses in various architectural and building systems (low-rise, frame-monolithic, precast-monolithic, prefabrication, monolithic), industrial buildings and structures, roads, utility facilities, public buildings, as well as for repair and restoration work.
   Technology of construction, reconstruction and modernization of buildings and structures can be successfully used in construction, repair and renovation of residential, public and industrial buildings and structures, providing a high standard of construction, its quality and durability.
   Creation of specialized construction equipment and robotic systems for special applications provide high-quality and highly efficient performance of work in the aftermath of emergencies, particularly when clearing blockages caused by the explosion and sloughing of buildings and structures.
  
   4. Basis for Selection
   Economic importance of the proposed technologies is determined by the following factors:
   provision of affordable and quality housing;
   construction of modern public with improved durability, industrial buildings and structures, roads, civil engineering;
   development of local material and production infrastructure;
   saturation of the domestic construction market products;
   creation of new jobs in construction;
   attract private investors to the domestic construction market.
  
   5. Status and trends of development
   Developed advanced domestic technology aimed at solving problems before construction. The proposed technology is expected in the future to improve the view of the world and domestic achievements in building science, technology and practice.
