   Information System geoenvironmental, geotechnical and geological environment of the city - IP HPP - is the basis of Investment building complex.
   IP HPP city integrates information obtained as a result of exploration, scientific research and monitoring, as well as existing and currently developed specialized databases geodesic, geographical, geological (including geomorphological, hydrogeological, etc.) hydrological and related character. IP HPP city involves information stored in turnover documentary funds of different departments and organizations fragmented, unsystematic data accumulated over the previous years of research, which are mostly federal property. IP Hydro is part of the information management system investment building complex city. IP HPP city includes the following subsystems with the necessary range of graphic, electronic, textual materials, software, databases:

   II. Geotechnics, geomechanical information
   III. Environmental Information
   IV. Information about the future development of the city
  
   2. Purpose, basic functional parameters

   Recent geo-environmental problems associated with the construction of development in the context of increasing urban population, accelerating urbanization, expansion of the geographical space occupied cities, the spread of cities in an increasingly diverse geological and climatic conditions, including the particularly complex and extremely complicated conditions at new construction and reconstruction of buildings, structures (all levels of responsibility), a complex of buildings, utilities (including and underground construction) within the existing dense urban demand for multidimensional security for long-term and operational decisions of administrative and managerial, investment, architectural and planning, design, survey, construction, technological and operational matters associated with the use of the geological environment in the active development pressure on the urban ecosystem, creating an information system environment of the city as the basis for the management of its investment-building complex.
  
   5. Status and trends of development
   Collect information on the status and parameters of geo-ecological, geotechnical, geological environment of the city, located in the collections of various departments in the unstructured condition, as well as newly obtained information on the principles of ideology IP HPP city will ensure the effective use of geo-ecological information for different types of users, but mainly to manage complex investment and construction within city administrations decisions taken for the effective management and development perspective.
