1. Composition

   Reconstruction and modernization of housing, buildings for production purposes, as well as systems engineering;
   brownfield existing neighborhoods and districts;
   insulation walling;
   effective systems for seismic protection of buildings and structures to reflect changes in seismic zoning maps;
   elimination of obsolete technology of buildings and structures, including the machine;
   technologies and equipment for recycling and reuse of products eliminating obsolete buildings.
  
   2. Purpose, basic functional parameters
   Reconstruction of housing consisting of houses mass series, represents an unprecedented in its scale and complexity of the construction program. Depending on the territory of the region and the location of settlements, urban neighborhoods, apartment complexes, structural and technological characteristics of the various series of homes, their technical state solution to this problem includes engineering tasks such as reconstruction of buildings, their modernization, liquidation, walling insulation, replacement of engineering systems , seismic protection, etc. In many cases (for example, for the city of Moscow is more than 30%) are not subject to the reconstruction of homes and require the demolition and subsequent processing of waste-disposal and recycling.
