   Technology development typology of buildings and structures and systems architectural standards based on it includes the following components:
   study of the socio-functional requirements in the objects created by the construction of, and requirements for the use of these objects to determine the optimal spaces, their parameters and environmental qualities necessary for ongoing elementary functions;
   identifying opportunities for appropriate communication and cooperation groupings or necessary insulation spaces of different functional purpose;
   identification of external conditions affecting the relationship of functional spaces ("system factors");
   study of optimal conditions layout of functional blocks in the building (including backbone urban factors);
   Identification of possible options for the design and optimum building types; fixing spectrum appropriate layout options and to identify options for optimal functional and socio-economic parameters, possible inclusion in various spatio-environmental situation;
