   In recent years, a variety of technical solutions of heat generators for heating systems that use the phenomenon of abnormal heat when exposed to liquid, initiating cavitation. Pioneer in this field is an American researcher James Griggs, who built in 1989 his first sonar unit, protected by U.S. Patent 5.188.099. He is the founder and head of the firm Hydro Dynamics Inc., To date, has achieved significant commercial success. Similar results achieved Moldovan expert YS Potapov, adjust release of heating systems of the brand "YUSMAR" (RF patent number 2045715).
   It must be said that neither Griggs nor Potapov is not fully used the opportunity to cavitation method for generating thermal energy. This is due to a misunderstanding of the physical nature of the observed effect. Moreover, J. Griggs, registering significantly anomalous heat in the liquid and generating high demand thermal installation still believes this is mysticism.
   To implement the process of cavitation in the fluid typically used different type oscillators or sources of fluid introduced into acoustic waves. The most popular and simple physical-technical essence and the achieved result is cavitator - the so-called venturi, which is axially symmetric channel with inlet and outlet ports of different taper through which education of cavities and their subsequent slamming occurs due to the pressure drop in the liquid at its rapid involuntary movement in a closed kontkre.
   In the high pressure phase of collapse of the cavitation bubbles occurs at a high rate (bubble lifetime of about 10 microseconds), which leads to an increase in their temperature and pressure, the consequence of which is an overall increase in the enthalpy of the liquid and the heating system. This explanation, it would seem, could be satisfied. But the real measure refute this interpretation of the observed phenomenon. In fact, it turned out that the energy consumption for creation of cavitation in the fluid environment is considerably less than the amount obtained as a result of heat. Therefore, the purely thermodynamic considerations and generally accepted physical concepts are not enough. Without going into the intricacies of the physical mechanism of generation of "excess" energy, just to say that one of the main ways this energy is increased cavitation effects. In this case the phenomenon of cavitation is here meant only as a means of extracting energy from the environment.
   It should be noted that the use in cavitator classical venturi (as well as technical solutions and original Griggs and Potapov) is not the most optimized engineering solution in terms of achieving the highest possible intensity of the heat generated in the liquid relative to the energy used to excite it cavitation . This is explained by the lack of efficiency of the formation of cavitation bubbles and their collapse.
