 GERMAN  TECHNOLOGY  INSULATION  OF  BUILDINGS  (1)

  Firm "ASI engineering" (MSL License Mosstroylitsenzii number 037011), one of the divisions of the corporation "Nechernozemagropromstroy", since 1995 the first in Russia to start working actively to implement the construction of the outer insulation of buildings.

   After careful study of foreign experience in this matter (the system were studied exterior insulation in Greece, Italy, Sweden, Finland, Belgium, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia and Germany) the most appropriate and versatile for Russian construction conditions, we chose one of the German technology developed and used since 1964 by "Hacken DEMMSISTEME GmbH", is the leader in this field in Germany and Western Europe.

   In 1996, the technology "Hacken-TISS" (insulating related system), and in the future "RUSKHEKK" was received technical approval for the Construction Committee of Russia number 1.

   Currently, the system is fully adapted to the Russian market of construction (obtained technical certificate signed Gosstandard, hygienic certificate and other permits, including the conclusion of the finish layer NIIMostroya facades), and some components (adhesives, reinforcing compounds) produced by domestic enterprises.

   For three years (1996 to 1998). Exterior insulation work on "RUSKHEKK" performed at 22 sites in Russia, including 12 sites in Moscow and Moscow region (UES office building on the street.    Three objects we performed on the mixed variant, when the main façade is insulated foam slabs and concrete slabs framing openings and crosscuts (fire zones) mineral wool.

   Unfortunately, our experience and that of others has shown that the domestic min-
