When used as part of exhaustion moderator comes coagulation and solidification of liquid glass. However, due to the presence in the composition of Portland cement with a finishing time is an increase strength of the coating due to hydration of cement minerals. Thus from colloids formed during the coagulation liquid glass are actively assigned to the water for hydration of cement, a porous media formed tumors filled Portland cement, which leads to an increase in contact resistance between all components of the composition and, accordingly, the film density of the finishing composition. We must also consider the role of carbon dioxide carbonation neoplasms air and the formation of sulfates due to exposure to the coating of industrial gases in the form of sulfur oxides. Their joint penetration in thin coating layers leads to the formation sulfokarbosilikatnoy phase [6], the sealing structure of cement-silicate composition.
   Designed silicate cement composition of the coating comprises water glass and white cement. Image gel pore volume in the range 5-200 nm was achieved by incorporating into the paint dehydrated clay. Having aluminosilicate component in the form of dehydrated clay leads to additional binding of water glass, the water resistance improving composition.
   Increased durability, strength and water resistance provided silicification potassium water glass density 1,14-1,19 kg / l white portland cement.
   To prevent premature solidification finishing composition is introduced moderator. Thus viability composition may vary from 15 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the content of the retarder [7, 8]. Color finishing composition is provided using alkali resisting pigments or colored Portland cement.
   Cement-silicate paint is designed primarily for use in the exterior finish of buildings and structures on concrete, brick, metal surfaces, operating under increased aggressiveness of the environment and humidity. Coating possible on dry and on wet surfaces.
   When using the ink composition for cladding buildings caps and other parts of buildings exposed to direct influence of water must be used to apply pozzolana cement or active mineral additives in an amount up to 20% by weight of Portland cement.
   Preparation of the finishing composition may be performed using an agitator-type SB 11. Low viscosity (relative viscosity on the OT-4 within 14-20 sec.) Allows coloring manually or mechanically by using spray guns type SB-71, SB-72 or SB-87.
   Experimental use of confirmed durability finishing composition. As a result, long-term (over 13 years) observations of the appearance of the coating and its condition found that the coating does not show signs of peeling, efflorescence, discoloration and no evidence of lifting, despite direct exposure to rainfall.
