The quality of the decoration of buildings for new construction and reconstruction depend not only on their aesthetic, but also the operational parameters, as good-quality finish - a guarantee of durable service basic designs, long maintenance-free operation, the costs for maintenance and care. Traditional binders used for the production of finishing compositions, liquid glass is widely used, but it has some drawback: coatings based on it gaining strength due to carbonization and removal of water from the structure of the material, which reduces the possibility of their use in a wet environment and freeze-thaw.
   The proposed composition of finishing these flaws virtually eliminated due to the creation based on liquid glass active cementing system increased strength and hardness, adhesion properties which are enhanced by introducing a water resistant binder.
   Systematization of the factors influencing the formation of efflorescence on the surface of masonry suggests the 16 most important reasons for their occurrence in the construction and operation of buildings and structures. [1] The largest share of efflorescence produced accounts for migrating in masonry soluble hydration products of mineral binders, which are present in the components of masonry mortar. Therefore become an urgent task creation coating mass transfer process in which the enclosing structure to absorb and neutralize the products of corrosion masonry preventing occurrence of efflorescence on the surface. Thus, when finishing the enclosing walls is necessary to use materials having a predominantly gel pore size of 30-300 nm, which provide the material with the highest absorption capacity and also exhibit little capillary effect. This provides an increased surface area that allows you to "lengthen the diffusion path of water molecules with dissolved corrosion products by stimulated rounding" [4]. Furthermore, the presence of active silica results in chemical bonding migratory dissolved salts to form gels tobermoritovogo series. As a result, the surface finish coating concentration of dissolved salts becomes minimal, which eliminates efflorescence.
