  Among the large variety of known types of building materials play a special role insulating materials and products as they affect virtually all aspects of building production - its quality , cost, and also to further the costs of operation of buildings and structures . In the construction industry is an issue of domestic use of inexpensive and effective insulation material , which could be produced from widely available raw materials . But uspeushnaya realization of this task involves a number of challenges. The first is a considerable backlog of technical equipment of the majority of domestic industrial enterprises of thermal insulation materials from world-class and the poor quality of raw materials , insufficient amount of new technological developments . In addition, rising import volume of imported insulation exacerbates an already difficult situation of Russian industry , producing deficient products .

   That`s why for over 10 years, " Scientific and Technical Center METTEM " making significant efforts to create inexpensive effective heater that could be produced from widely available raw materials in droves.
